If an item purchased by mistake (wrong color, size etc.) and you would like to exchange before the item is shipped. Please submit a ticket, this has to be done immediately after this order was placed. An exchange will be authorized if the item is for the same value. If the item is not of the same value, a request for refund is required, then you will have to re-purchase for the correct item.
